MORE THAN
MY LIFE BACK.

Rich Recovery exists because I believe recovery gives us another opportunity - an opportunity to grow, steward what we've been given, and build a life that produces something meaningful.

SAME
STORY.
    BIGGER
  OPPORTUNITY.

RECOVERY GAVE ME
MORE THAN A SECOND CHANCE.

There was a time when I thought recovery simply meant getting away from the life I had created.

I needed freedom from vices. I needed a different way of living. And at first, getting sober felt like the goal.

Over time I realized recovery had given me something much bigger. It gave me another opportunity.

An opportunity to grow. To rebuild my relationship with God. To become a better husband, father, coach, and person. To establish new habits, see life differently, and learn how to take care of what I had been given.

That's where Rich Recovery comes from.

The goal isn't simply to recover from something.

It's to produce something because you recovered.

RECOVERY IS A GIFT.
WHAT WILL YOU DO WITH IT?

I don't believe recovery is limited to addiction. We recover from loss, relationships, unhealthy habits, poor decisions, or old patterns.

Sometimes we're simply growing beyond a version of ourselves that can no longer carry us where we're going.

Whatever brings us there. I believe recovery creates an opportunity.

YIELD
Produce a harvest

Do the work.

Establish the habits.

Pull weeds. Plant seeds.

Stay the course.

Recognize what you've been given. Protect it. Develop it. Use it well.

Yield control to God and allow what has grown in your life to produce something meaningful for you and the people around you.

PRACTICAL TRUTH FOR
A RICHER LIFE.

BRIDGEPORT TUSLER

Coach. Husband. Father. Recovering Follower of Jesus.

I'm a husband to Angie, a dad to our kids (Phenix, Treasure, and Avenue) a women's basketball coach, and someone who has been given a second chance through recovery.

I'm not writing as someone who has everything figured out. I'm writing as someone who has been given an opportunity I don't want to waste.

My goal is to help people in recovery grow beyond sobriety - by sharing what I'm learning, pointing to what's helped me, and encouraging others to cultivate, steward, and yield what they've been given.

Rich Recovery is where I'm sharing what I'm learning along the way - through articles, reflections, stories, and eventually other resources about recovery, faith, growth, stewardship, and living with purpose.
